Midwest Shopping: “Afton Avenue”

I decided to start a new series on my blog featuring different boutiques in the midwest, some that you may have heard of, and some that you might not have! I think it is a great way to get to know the local shops and support your area!

My first post in this series is featuring Afton Avenue Apparel. I am LOVING their clothing right now. They have great statement pieces, summery pieces, and unique items! I saw this dress on their website and I HAD to have it! It is the cutest tie-dye pattern, which is huge this summer. It also has a loose bohemian fit which I am obsessed with. I seriously felt like a total boho gal in this outfit. Their customer service was exceptional and they have great prices for high quality pieces!!

I paired this statement dress with some simple black slingback booties [which I love]. These are new and are similar to my fringe ones I wear all the time, however they definitely go great for the warmer weather!! I also decided to wear a fun neutral floppy hat. This gray hat is wool so it works in any season!! I also have been trying super duper hard to wear more silver jewels! I layered a long and a short necklace together for a more bohemian look. I also am wearing a whole bunch of silver rings!

I am so so so glad I found Afton Avenue and I totally hope you will check them out as well! They have a Facebook, Instagram, and website that I follow! Check them out to keep up on the cutest clothes!! Thank you for reading and I hope you are having an AMAZING July so far!! I love you all so much! [Photos by the oh so talented Jasmine Demers]
